NEW TO THIS!

Hello all, having spend two month unemployed for the first time in 35 years; and having to tread through the reels of red tap to claim 65.00 a week; I have decided to set up an ironing business.  Any tips/suggestions for all you experts will be greately received.

I have only just thought of this today ! Totally the same story ,out of work first in years and cant possibly manage on what the government says I CAN live on..so like you needing help. Feeling so not needed as all have flown the nest..and a big plus I love ironing. So glad I found this site.

I do recommend using a steam generator iron I can't live without mine now we have been running for 8 years so we have used our fair share of irons by now

We did have polti ones for a while but found the iron to be too heavy. The best ones we've had are the tefal pro steam ones
